Last year, Kathy Griffin gave a Times Square heckler a salty earful on New Year’s Eve, much to the chagrin of her CNN co-host, Anderson Cooper.
This year she did it again. Maybe come Dec. 31, 2010, CNN will find Cooper a new co-host — or at least institute a five-second delay.
About 11:20 p.m. ET Thursday night, Cooper and Griffin were discussing some of the year’s oddest news stories when discussion turned to Richard Heene and the Balloon Boy saga. Cooper showed her a picture of Falcon Heene, to which Griffin said, “Wait — Falcon? F**kin’? Falcon? How do you say it?”
Take a look for yourself. Griffin’s very probably intentional F-bomb comes around the 30-second mark.
Last year, Griffin was taking some flak from hecklers in the Times Square crowd as CNN was going to a commercial break. With her microphone still on, she responded that she was just doing her job, and “I don’t go to your job and knock the d**ks out of your mouth.”
You stay classy in 2010, Kathy.
