Katee Sackhoff of “Battlestar Galactica” fame is giving pilot season another whirl.
The actress, who appears on “24” this season has landed one of the leads in Richard Hatem’s crime drama for ABC, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The project centers on a detective (Sackhoff) who works with an ex-cop solving crimes and getting to the bottom of the mysterious circumstances that led him to be disgraced.
And although “24” hasn’t finished this season up yet, the trade reports that FOX won’t have a problem with Sackhoff taking on this role if the pilot goes to series. So, take that information about her character for what it’s worth.
Sackhoff tried another drama pilot before, NBC’s “Lost and Found.”
