The host of CNN’s “Campbell Brown” has stepped down from the toughest timeslot in cable news due to her low ratings.
“Simply put, the ratings for my program are not where I would like them to be,” Brown says in a statement she released on Tuesday (May 18) . “It is largely for this reason that I am stepping down as anchor of CNN’s ‘Campbell Brown.’ “
