Justin Bieber appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” Tuesday (May 11), and whatever media training he’s had was on full display.
The pop star was part of Oprah’s “World’s Most Talented Kids” show (along with fellow singer Charice), and he handled the spotlight like the veteran that he frankly is by now. We heard another recitation of the YouTube videos-Usher discovery-rocket to stardom story, and a couple variations on “I’m just happy to be here.”
Seriously, it was like we’d stumbled on a press conference with an athlete or something.
Here’s Justin on his YouTube start: “Once I started doing [the videos], I realized it was what I was meant to do.”
]]>He’s most afraid of: “The dark.”
Does he have an allowance? “I don’t really have one. When I want to get something, I just have to ask my mom.”
The last time he was grounded? “A week [before the interview]. I got my phone taken away for like four days.” Justin also performed “Baby” and sat down for a little backstage glimpse with Oprah. Take a look.
