Amy Locane-Bovenizer has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by auto for an accident that occurred Sunday, June 27 in Montgomery, NJ, reports the Star-Ledger.
Bail was set Monday, June 28 at $50,000, cash or bond. If convicted, Locane would face five to 10 years in state prison. She would have to serve 85 percent of the term without parole.
