Ryan Reynolds is playing a superhero in “Green Lantern,” but he’s a mortal just like the rest of us — and has the bruises to prove it.
Reynolds was injured this week on the set of “Green Lantern” in New Orleans. According to Us Weekly, he separated his shoulder on Monday (July 12) while filming a scene for the comic-book movie and is “in lots of pain,” as people tend to be when they separate a shoulder.
“He’s been keeping ice on it,” a source tells the magazine.
Still, the injury isn’t considered overly serious and isn’t expected to disrupt production on the movie, which Martin Campbell (“Casino Royale”) is directing.
