The Oscar winner has landed on her feet, and in an interview with Matt Lauer on “Today” Tuesday morning (Aug. 31), she shows poise and high spirits when discussing her love of New Orleans, the work she’s doing for the Warren Easton Charter High School and her adopted 7-month-old son Louis.
