Springsteen was Fallon’s sole guest Tuesday night (Nov. 16), promoting the reissue of his 1978 album “Darkness on the Edge of Town.” He talked about the early days of his career and the nature of fame now, among other topics. He and E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt also performed two songs with The Roots.
But the out-of-nowhere highlight was unquestionably “Whip My Hair.” Here’s the video:
