Robin Quivers, sidekick to Howard Stern on his radio show, and Chilean miner Edison Pena were among the celebrity runners in the 2010 New York City Marathon. Pena managed to complete the marathon in 5 hours and 40 minutes, 20 minutes under his goal of 6 hours.
Quivers wasn’t too far behind Pena, finishing in 6 hours and 9 minutes. “Today” weatherman Al Roker also completed the marathon — he did it in 7 hours and 9 minutes.
]]>Gebre Gebremariam from Ethiopia finished first at 2:08:14. Meanwhile, for the Women’s Open Division, Edna Kiplagat from Kenya finished first with a time of 2:28:20.
