That’s probably no surprise for the host of “The Biggest Loser,” the NBC weight-loss-competition series now in its 10th season Tuesdays. Also still seen as Sami on NBC’s weekday serial “Days of Our Lives” (which just earned a two-year renewal), Sweeney allows her advice for seasonal noshing is similar to what  “Biggest Loser” trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels would likely offer.

“It starts with going to a party having already eaten something healthy,” Sweeney tells Zap2it. “Don’t expect there to be healthy foods if you don’t know what you’re walking into. That’s pre-supposing that you want to make those healthy choices, and that’s the biggest thing … to make the commitment to want to be eating right.
