On “The Office,” John Krasinski tends to wear boring, slightly rumpled, I’ve-had-this-for-five-years suits to his Dunder Mifflin job, so when he decides to fancy it up for an awards show like he did for the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, Jan. 30, we just have to pause to appreciate the perfection.
In head-to-toe midnight blue Prada, Krasinski looked positively dashing, a far cry from the Scranton salesman looked. On the red carpet, he joked that he was the guy on deck to replace Steve Carrell upon his exit from “The Office” — and he was scolded for still not having seen wife Emily Blunt‘s new movie, “Gnomeo and Juliet.”
“I didn’t go to the special screening on a spaceship where everybody goes to
have their special screenings,” he admitted. “Everybody knows that’s what happens in Hollywood.”
Anyway, we know you don’t really care what he said. We just wanted to give you the opportunity to look at how he wears that suit.
