Did two teenage fans sneak into Justin Bieber‘s Liverpool hotel room dressed as cleaning ladies?
Seeing as this report comes to us via the Daily Mirror, we’re leaning towards probably not — but it’s an entertaining story none the less.
According to the Mirror, two fans aged 16 and 18 were caught red handed by JB’s security team climbing into the heartthrob’s bed. They also supposedly took photographs of “highly personal” items, which “enraged” the singer.
We’ll give you a moment to imagine an “enraged” Biebs… hilarious, right?
An inside “source” gives the play-by-play of how it all went down:
“The hotel was swamped by fans all desperate to catch a glimpse of Justin.
“But two particularly enterprising girls snuck in through a side entrance, and stole two housekeeping outfits. After ditching their regular clothes and slipping into their new costumes, they got the lift to Justin’s suite and knocked on the door, calling ‘housekeeping’.
“Having been allowed in, the girls began half-heartedly polishing tables and dusting surfaces.
“No one clocked on until the girls were alone, and in his bedroom, taking pictures of his personal possessions on their phones. A member of Justin’s entourage in another part of the suite heard them giggling and came through, catching them in the act.
“The girls, following a telling-off, were evicted from the premises.”
Maybe it’s just us, but this sounds like the synopsis of a bad romantic comedy (or horror movie). Not something that would actually happen in real life.
A spokesperson for the hotel reports no knowledge of the incident, adding “There was a strong police presence outside not letting in members of the public, but we employed an extra 20 security personnel.”
Additionally, a police spokesperson tells Us Magazine that no reports were filed.
Reportedly, Biebs was not present during the shenanigans, but ditched that hotel on the ASAP after hearing what went down.
Don’t get any ideas, Beliebers! Believe it or not, there does exist a line between “fans” and “stalkers.”
