lil mama abdc 'America's Best Dance Crew': Lil' Mama talks Season 6 talent and welcoming D Trix to the judges panelAfter five seasons of judging MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew,” we thought Lil’ Mama had seen it all.

caught up with Mama at the very first taping of “ABDC’s” sixth season, where she filled us in on her expectations of the new crews, rookie judge D-Trix, and her favorite crew of all time.

D-Trix may be a new addition to the judges panel, but he’s not a new face for loyal “ABDC” fans. After securing his spot as a “So You Think You Can Dance” All Star in season three, D-Trix took home the top prize alongside his Quest Crew in “ABDC’s” third season.   “D-Trix is a very talented dancer and person,” Mama gushes. “He’s so funny, I could see him in movies and everything. It’s amazing. I think he’s a great addition to the judges seats because he went from a rookie, I’d say, in this competition to an alumni with a championship belt.” Continuing, “Now it’s just time to kick ass and just get in there and do his thing.” When it comes to picking favorites, there is one crew that will always have a special place in Mama’s heart. Unsurprisingly, she’ll never forget her first.   “I love JabbaWockeeZ forever until the day I die,” she tells us. “Love them. Love them so much.” Adding that, “I reach out to those guys here and there. I might be going out to Vegas to catch their show again, cause I went and supported them once before. They’re still in Vegas and still have a live show.” While it remains to be seen if any of the new talent can measure up to the level of the JabbaWockeeZ, we just had to ask which crew she has her eye on this season. “Street Kingdom,” she tells us. “I’m excited about krump dancing being on the show for the first time. That’s like, so dope. I love to see underground dance come to a forefront in the media. It’s almost like a documentary without the documentary style.” You can watch “ABDC’s” self proclaimed “Season of Superstars” when it debuts on MTV Thursday April 7 at 10 PM.
