Comedian Mike Epps was served with legal papers while performing his stand-up set in Grand Prairie, TX over the weekend, and he wasn’t too pleased about it. According to TMZ, a process server handed the papers to Epps in the middle of the gig, and he “flipped out.”
The papers were in regard to a lawsuit filed against him after an altercation in a Detroit bar in December. Epps doesn’t deny that he was involved – in fact, in the video after being served the papers, Epps says, “This is from when I whooped that [racial expletive]’s ass in Detroit.”
He relentlessly berated the woman who served him the papers as she left the building. “White b**** just threw some papers up on the mother f***ing stage … b****, f*** you. B****, I don’t give a f*** … suck my d***.”
