Apparently two hours is just not enough for “Bachelor Pad,” the trashtastic spin-off show from the “Bachelor” franchise that ABC introduced us to last summer. EW reports that “Bachelor Pad” will have a three-hour premiere episode when it debuts Aug. 8 on ABC.
An insider jokes, “It’s like the ‘Schindler’s List’ of the ‘Bachelor’ franchise,” which – obviously.
Sparks should be flying this summer, as Jake Pavelka is in the house with his ex Vienna Girardi and her new boyfriend Kasey “Guard and Protect Your Heart” Kahl. They’ve also brought back Gia Allemand and have added Justin “Rated-R” Rego and three guys from Ashley Hebert’s currently-airing season, who are said to be (highlight if you want to be spoiled) William, Blake, and Ames.
Intriguing. “Bachelor Pad” premieres Monday, Aug. 8 at 8 p.m. ET and runs for three full hours. Get ready, “Bachelor” fans.
