Just five short months ago Charlie Sheen was all the rage. “Winning” was the catch phrase on everyone’s lips. People couldn’t get enough of “The Goddesses.” Sheen was all Hollywood could talk about. How the mighty have fallen.
Charlie Sheen got booed at an Insane Clown Posse concert festival in rural Illinois.
The one time “Two and a Half Men” star was at the Gathering of the Juggalos music festival at Cave-in-Rock, Illinois Saturday (Aug. 13) when he took the stage to introduce rapper Tech N9ne. That’s when things got hairy.
Attendees hurled insults and bottles at the actor who had to dodge the projectiles. At one point, Sheen demonstrated some of his “Major League” skills by snatching flying can out of the air.
For that feat, Sheen drew some applause. But that was about it. According to reports, Sheen showed up late and left early, no doubt drawing the ire of attendees.
Sheen attempted to get the crowd going by leading them in chorus of his mantra “Winning.” To no avail. Realizing the audience was more interested in the music than his schtick, he left the stage saying, “Before I get impaled, I’m going to give the stage to Tech N9ne.”
Probably a smart idea.
