Some guys have all the luck. Like “The Good Wife’s” Cary, for instance.
The young lawyer (Matt Czuchry) already has a flirtatious-and-possibly-more relationship with Kalinda (Archie Panjabi), and in the show’s third season he’ll have a potential new love interest as well.
Monica Raymund (“Lie to Me”) has landed a recurring part on the CBS drama as a fellow prosecutor in the State’s Attorney’s office. And here’s how co-creator Michelle King describes the casting:
“We know she’ll be amazing across from Matt Czuchry, since they get to work together — both professionally, and perhaps more-than-professionally,” King tells TV Guide.
If so, that’s potentially not going to sit well with Kalinda, so both Cary and Raymund’s character should probably be careful.
“The Good Wife” is the second CBS show Raymond has booked this season. She’ll also appear on several episodes of “Blue Bloods” as Jamie’s (Will Estes) new partner.
