“DWTS” shockers are typically accompanied by tears or visible resentment, but Cavallari seemed fine with the results when Zap2it and other press caught up with her backstage at the show.
“Maybe my story didn’t help,” she says of her final dance, laughing. “Everyone had really sad stories…
and mine was graduating high school and moving to LA.”
“Right before I went out he said, ‘I just have a
feeling we’re going home,'” says Cavallari. “I was like, stop, you’re making me nervous.”
So what’s next for the 24-year-old? “I had a few more weeks blocked off, so I don’t know,” she says, laughing, before carefully dodging a question about a possible trip to Chicago to visit ex-fiance Jay Cutler. (The Bears quarterback was sitting in the front row for Cavallari’s final performance on “DWTS,” prompting rumors of a rekindling.)
“Go visit my mom in Chicago? Maybe,” she says. “My mom lives in Chicago, so probably.”
