Katherine Heigl is in the midst of promoting her new movie, “New Year’s Eve,” and of pushing her favorite cause — animal welfare.
And if there’s anything PETA has taught us, it’s that movie stars posing in varying stages of nudity is really awesome for animals. Heigl posed topless in “I hate balls” undies, holding a dog, to remind us that balls are bad and breasts are good. Or something.
She also shot a Funny Or Die campaign to encourage people to spay and neuter — but mostly neuter — their pets.
She ranted (in a totally tongue in cheek way; this isn’t like that time she was mad about the deer on “Grey’s Anatomy”) about how generally gross dog balls are.
She introduces us to the “100% adorable” dog Jazzy. “Before, he was only 98% adorable and 2% dangly, disgusting balls,” she tells the audience.
