Wyatt Knight, best known for his portrayal of bad boy Tommy Turner in the popular ’80s trilogy “Porky’s”, was found dead in Hawaii last week from a self-inflicted gunshot.
The 56-year-old actor was suffering from stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma. His wife, Silvana Knight, provided a statement to TheWrap: “He was tired of the pain, and after much contemplation, chose to end
his life in a beautiful and a serene place. His family and friends are devastated. He was deeply loved
by all who knew him and will be missed every day.”
Knight also appeared on “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” “T.J. Hooker,” and “Chicago Hope.” He is survived by his wife and two children from a previous marriage.
