David Beckham‘s underwear line is about to be see by millions and millions of people. H&M has purchased its first ever Super Bowl advertisement and is using it to showcase the Bodywear line of men’s underwear, developed by soccer superstar Beckham, reports Adage.
The Super Bowl airs Sunday, Feb. 5, which will coincide nicely with the launch of the line on Feb. 2. The line will feature nine different styles of underwear – four styles of briefs, three tops, pajamas bottoms and long johns.
The print ad is already available. Beckham says of the underwear line:
“Collectively with my design team we spent time working on the feel,
fit and style to ensure the product is not only something I would wear
but one which I would be proud to put my name to. I always want to
challenge myself and this was such a rewarding experience for me. I’m
very happy with the end result and I hope H&M’s male customers will
be as excited as I am.”
