“Glee” star Lea Michele is launching a Candie’s print, online and in-store marketing campaign for the clothing brand, which is featured exclusively at Kohl’s department stores and at Kohls.com. The campaign is titled “Hangin’ At Home” and features Lea “causing a stir in the kitchen, glamorously lounging by the pool and being playful in the bedroom,” according to the press release.
The line is now available at Kohl’s website and in stores.
In her video above, Lea says, “Really fun, bright cute dresses. It’s really exciting. Candie’s is such an iconic brand and I’m so excited to be here. Photoshoots are really a lot of fun. I definitely think that the best part is sort of the transformation of getting to do your hair and makeup and pick out fun clothes.”
“Britney Spears is definitely my favorite past Candie’s girl,” Lea continues. “Her campaign that she shot was gorgeous and she’s just such an icon, so when you pair her with the iconic brand of Candie’s, it was just, like, amazing.”
“It’s just really important, I think, for fashion to be afford because everyone should have the opportunity to wear cute things and be happy and comfortable in what they’re wearing. That’s definitely how I like to shop and how I like to think about clothes and fashion,” says Michele.
