“House” fans know how to turn out in force for their show, so when we saw the initial results in the female doctors and nurses poll and Lisa Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) had more than 85 percent of the vote, we suspected a similar outcome on the male side.
Well, we got one — but not in favor of House himself (Hugh Laurie). Instead, legions of voters came out in favor of George Clooney‘s “ER” character, Doug Ross. He earned more than three-quarters of the vote in round one.
Will the same thing happen in the runoff? We’ll see. Cuddy is facing another “House” character, Remy “Thirteen” Hadley (Olivia Wilde), so fan allegiances could be somewhat torn. Laurie’s character just beat out McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) of “Grey’s Anatomy” for the right to face off with Dr. Ross.
Who takes the Crushworthy title? Vote below — but do so by Monday (Feb. 27), because the polls close then.
