Russell Brand spoke about drugs and treatment before Parliament in the U.K. on April 24. He talked about his battle with addiction, his 12 drug-related arrest and his subsequent treatment. Of course, he couldn’t stop the jokes, something that the men questioning him seemed annoyed with.
Hey, if you call in Russell Brand, you’re going to get funny. Brand quoted Tupac Shakur and talked about his “propensity for verbosity,” but made some good points about not demonizing people with addiction.
