The lawsuit alleging that actor John Travolta acted in a sexual manner during a massage has been dropped, according to a court document. It looks like John Doe number one isn’t sticking to his story.
According to The Wrap, no cause for the dismissal was given. Okorie Okorocha, an attorney for
the anonymous plaintiff, has not commented. It’s possible that evidence including a photo and a restaurant receipt places Travolta in a different location than the suit states. The lawsuit seeks $2 million in general damages, and also involves a second plaintiff.
John Doe number two has yet to comment on whether or not he will dismiss his portion of the case or go forward with the complaint. Okorocha is the lawyer for the second plaintiff as well. What do you think of the case? Truth? An attempt to get money from a celebrity? Does this dismissal change your opinion? We want to hear your thoughts.
