John Travolta may be off the hook when it comes to the recent accusations that he’d acted inappropriately during massages with two separate men. The second masseuse — identified as “John Doe #2” in the complaint — moved to dismiss his case on Wednesday (May 16) evening, reports The Wrap.
Travolta’s first accuser, who alleged the actor had acted inappropriately during a massage on Jan. 28 in Beverly Hills, dropped his complaint earlier this week when it emerged that Travolta was likely in New York on that day. Though since that dismissal John Doe #1 has since hired attorney Gloria Allred who says her new client is “still legally entitled to file another lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses.”
And, it turns out, John Doe #2 — who claims that Travolta groped his buttocks and began masturbating during a Jan. 28 massage session in Atlanta — is also entitled to file another lawsuit since his first claim was “dismissed without prejudice.”
