Selena Gomez is 19 and, like her (possibly ex-) boyfriend Justin Bieber, she’s taking steps to move beyond her teen pop princess image and let us know she’s an adult. Step 1: A possible breakup with Bieber. Step 2: Co-starring with James Franco in “Spring Breakers.” Step 3: Taking on erotica in the form of a “50 Shades of Grey” spoof for Funny or Die.
In the clip, titled “50 Shades of Blue,” Gomez plays a hot-and-bothered woman who is utterly turned on by an oafish housepainter played by “The League’s” Nick Kroll, who is super-funny and delivers lines like “You’re kind of husky” to Selena with just the right amount of disdain.
Little does Kroll’s character realize that Selena is seeing his every move as a turn on. So much so that she even gnaws on paint chips. Mmmm.
