Now that the TV season is over, Zap2it is introducing the Zap2it Awards to honor our favorite moments from the 2011-2012 season. FOX’s “New Girl” give us our new favorite TV D-bag, Schmidt, who makes up for his offensive remarks by putting money in what his roommates have dubbed a “Douchebag Jar.” But he’s not the only one who needs someone to keep his misogyny in check. Plenty of other TV characters could benefit from someone keeping track of their horrible (yet hilarious) sayings.
From notorious womanizer Barney Stinson on “How I Met Your Mother” to the hilariously offensive Sue Sylvester on “Glee,” douchiness is an equal opportunity affliction. Vote for your favorite TV D-bag (aside from Schmidt, obviously) below!
Here are the rules: You can only vote once per IP address. (So if you want to vote from home and from work, and from your little sister’s iPad, we’re not going to stop you.) We’ll examine the votes before we make final tallies and disqualify any votes that came from bots or automated voters, or with blocked IP addresses. The best way to campaign for your faves to win is to spread the word via social media and encourage your fellow fans to vote. Voting closes at 12:01 a.m. PST on Monday, June 11.
