Neither Mia Farrow nor her children have gone on the record too often about the 1992 marriage between “To Rome with Love” director Woody Allen and his then-stepdaughter Soon-Yi Previn. Now one of his sons — 24-year-old Ronan Farrow — is speaking out, or tweeting out.
“Happy father’s day-or as they call it in my family, happy brother-in-law’s day,” tweeted Ronan on Sunday (June 17). According to The Daily Beast, Rowan stopped speaking to his dad shortly after his relationship with Soon-Yi became public record.
The message was quickly re-tweeted by mom Farrow, who added the comment “BOOM.”
Allen began dating Farrow in 1980 when Soon-Yi — the adopted daughter of Farrow and second husband Andre Previn — was just 10 years old.
