When you’re the superstar, talented lead of one of the hottest YA-novel-to-movie adaptations ever, it only makes sense that you buddy up with the other superstar, talented lead of one of the hottest YA-novel-to-movie adaptations ever — so it was that Kristen Stewart and Jennifer Lawrence finally met in Toronto while the two were promoting their new movies, “On the Road” and “The Silver Linings Playbook,” respectively.
The two actresses were at the Toronto International Film Festival to do press for their new (well-reviewed) films, and a source spotted the women otherwise known as Bella and Katniss as they were finally introduced.
“Kristen and Jennifer were soon chatting like old pals,” the source tells People. “They were so excited to meet each other.”
Even though “Twilight” and “The Hunger Games” are very different series, the comparisons are inevitable. But there’s no bad blood between Stewart and Lawrence — Lawrence, whose hair is back to Katniss brown, even invited Stewart to a party for “The Silver Linings Playbook” later that night.
