Fans will be watching Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson even more intently than usual during promotion for the final installment in the “Twilight” series, “Breaking Dawn — Part 2,” which hits theaters Nov. 16. But, according to Stewart, there may be nothing to see.
“We’re going to be fine,” Stewart tells the Associated Press over the weekend about how she Pattinson will feel when they see each other again. “We’re totally fine.”
The pair split this summer following the revelation that she’d had an affair with her married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.
Stewart appeared at the Toronto International Film Festival on Thursday (Sept. 7) in support of her new film “On the Road,” marking the 22-year-old actress’ first public appearance since the cheating scandal broke. Stewart says she’s excited to finally be talking about the Jack Kerouac adaptation,” which is slated for release in December.
“We have been waiting for this thing to be unleashed for so long. It was sort of one of those situations where you just have to put yourself in your body and go appreciate the moment,” she says. “You expect a lot of people at a ‘Twilight’ premiere, but showing up at an ‘On the Road’ Toronto film festival screening and seeing that amount of people is absolutely, disarmingly amazing.”
