Drew Barrymore is starting a new side business: She’s developing her own line of makeup.
The 37-year-old actress is going to be launching her first makeup line at Wal-Mart in several months. Women’s Wear Daily has the news on Barrymore’s “first foray into beauty marketing,” which she’s working on with French beauty manufacturer Maesa Group. The collection will be made from scratch.
“[Drew] has been very involved and hands-on in the whole process,” an insider tells Us Weekly.
Barrymore is no stranger to the makeup business. She’s been a spokesmodel for Cover Girl since 2007 and previously worked for Lancome. If she’s developing a product to help us make our skin look as flawless as hers, we’ll be all over it.
