dylan walsh revenge guest star abc gi 'Revenge': Dylan Walsh books a recurring role

Dylan Walsh, an actor best known for the role of Dr. Sean McNamara on “Nip/Tuck,” has booked a recurring guest-star role on the dark ABC soap “Revenge.”

Walsh will play Jason Prosser, a hedge-fund manager and a rival to Conrad Grayson (Henry Czerny), according to EW. Prosser will be a rival to the Grayson family in every possible way — he has just as much money as they do and has a high style to match. Considering the many legal and financial woes faced by Conrad so far this season, the arrival of a new business rival can’t mean anything good.

In addition to his “Nip/Tuck” role, Walsh co-starred in “Unforgettable” as Detective Al Burns on CBS during the 2011-2012 season. He will presumably resume that role when the show returns in the summer of 2013.

Will Jason Prosser be a good guy? How will he cross paths with Emily (Emily Van Camp)? Does Prosser have anything to do with the Initiative?

Hopefully, more details will come before Walsh first appears on “Revenge” later in Season 2.
