“Sister, Sister” star Tamera Mowry is now a mother.
Mowry and her husband, Adam Housley, are the parents of a baby boy named Aden John Tanner Housley. He was born Monday (Nov. 12) — two weeks after Mowry’s due date — and came into the world weighing 9 pounds, 5 ounces and measuring 21 1/2 inches long.
“We are so happy!” Housley tells In Touch. “He is healthy, happy, strong, beautiful and our families are so excited to have another grandchild, cousin and nephew.”
Aden is the first child for Mowry, 34, and Housley, 40. The couple has been married for a year and a half.
Mowry currently stars with her twin sister Tia in the Style network’s unscripted show “Tia & Tamera.” The cable channel also welcomed Aden to the world.
“On behalf of the Style family, we congratulate Tamera and Adam on the arrival of Aden John Tanner Housley,” the network says in a statement. “Along with fans at home, we have followed their first year of marriage — from their beautiful wedding last May to this journey to bring their first child into the world. Now, a wonderful, new chapter begins for Tamera and Adam.”
