Bethenny Frankel has officially filed for divorce from Jason Hoppy, and now she’s looking for him to get out of her house and then some. Her divorce papers have surfaced and show that Frankel is looking for Hoppy to give her primary custody of and pay child support for their 2-year-old Bryn.
TMZ reports that Frankel is looking for Hoppy to start paying child support from the day she filed for divorce from him. She also is saying he should cover medical, dental, optical, therapeutic and orthodontic costs for both her and Bryn, and wants him to make the two of them his life insurance beneficiaries. To add fuel to the fire, Frankel is also looking for primary custody of Bryn. All that, and Frankel expects him to move out of their shared NYC apartment so she can have “exclusive occupancy.”
“This is a preliminary step to move the process forward. She wants to work this out privately and amicably. All Bethenny cares about is that it works out the best way possible for Bryn,” a source close to Frankel tells TMZ.
That echoes what Frankel said following the announcement of her split with Hoppy, saying, “We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority.”
