The fan vote is in and the NBA has announced it’s teams for the 2013 All-Star game. Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant received more votes than anyone to secure a place on his 15th consecutive All-Star team, an NBA record.
Joining Kobe on the Western Conference team are fellow Laker Dwight Howard, LA Clippers Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, and Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Eastern Conference team features the Miami Heat’s LeBron James, with the second-highest vote tally, and Dwayne Wade, Boston Celtics Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo, and New York Knick Carmelo Anthony.
The NBA All-Star game will take place February 17, and be broadcast on TNT.
