NBC won the night by a wide margin with the NFL Wild Card Game that pitted the Green Bay Packers against the Minnesota Vikings. With an average 26.0 million viewers for the night, the other networks weren’t even on the same playing field. CBS came in a very distant second via a repeat of “The Mentalist,” and two new episodes of “48 Hours,” while FOX landed at third with “Cops” and “The Mob Doctor.” ABC brought up fourth place for the night with an average 1.9 million viewers for back-to-back repeat episodes of “Once Upon A Time.”

NBC averaged 26.0 million viewers and a 15.0/24 share for the night. CBS averaged 4.8 million, 3.3/5, followed by FOX with 2.4 million, 1.5/2, and ABC at 1.9 million and 1.3/2.

In
the
adults 18-49 demographic, NBC clobbered the competition with a 9.2 for the
night. CBS couldn’t compete at .8, nor could FOX at .7 or ABC, 0.4.
