After a day filled with will-she or won’t-she rehab drama, it sounds like Lindsay Lohan has finally checked in to a center to fulfill her court-ordered 90 days in a treatment facility (in lieu of going to jail).
TMZ is reporting that Lohan checked into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. late Thursday night (May 2), which means that prosecutors don’t have to pursue an arrest warrant against her for violating her sentencing.
The site also reports that Lohan re-hired Shawn Holley, the lawyer she fired back in January, who negotiated the Betty Ford deal with prosecutors. However, apparently this is the same facility where Lohan got into a fight with a staff member back in 2010.
The police said at the time, “The incident involved Lindsay Lohan and another female adult who was a
staff member at the location. Lohan was reported as the suspect in the
investigation and the victim desired prosecution.”
So, Lilo’s in the (treatment) joint. Do you think she’ll stay there quietly for 90 days? Let’s get the office pool going — we put the over/under at 30 days.
