Lindsay Lohan has entered rehab at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. in an effort to fulfill her 90-day sentence for violating her probation. According to People, she will not be one of the Betty Ford patients afforded off-campus excursions.
In a letter to Lohan’s attorney and the Los Angeles Superior Court, the facility writes, “It is understood by the Betty Ford Center that your client is to remain on the premises for the duration of her 90-day stay in treatment.”
Lohan isn’t physically locked-up, however, so technically the center cannot stop her from running away. But she will be closely monitored while she is there.
The letter goes on to detail Lohan’s treatment, which will include a physician, nurse, case manager, spiritual care counselor, family counselor, psychologist, dietician, fitness trainer and a chemical dependency technician.
“There is physical exercise and group therapy every day. This is not a vacation,” an intake counselor tells People.
