Most of the shows included on the list are SDCC veterans, but “HIMYM” is a big exception to that. As a sitcom, it’s not exactly standard fare for the big festival of all things nerdy. But the convention has increasingly become about promotion — and “How I Met Your Mother” can use that going into its 9th and final season. The full “HIMYM” cast — Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders, Neil Patrick Harris and Alyson Hannigan — are scheduled to attend, along with executive producers Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Pamela Fryman.
