TLC is promoting the return of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” as a “Watch ‘n’ Sniff” event that will treat viewers to the “diverse and fragrant smells” of the Shannon-Thompson family’s home in rural Georgia.
It’s a nice gimmick, but viewers who take part (scratch-and-sniff cards are in issues of People and Us Weekly) might want to refrain from sniffing when the scene above plays.
Alana and the family introduce us to a game called Cup-A-Fart, which is pretty much what you think it is: Break wind into your hand, shove that hand into someone else’s face. The family then pitches it to some performers at a local pro-wrestling show where dad Mike works security.
The clip might also ring a bell for “Cougar Town” fans: Grayson and the guys have been playing what they call Hand Fart since Season 1.
“Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” opens its second season on TLC on July 17.
