Even though police determined that Justin Bieber not at fault in his paparazzi hit-and-run case, it for some reason got brought up with the Los Angeles District Attorney. Even so, the DA rejected a case from the paparazzo in question where he accused Bieber of hitting him and then fleeing the scene.
As can be seen in the above video, Bieber was swarmed by paparazzi while trying to leave the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles. He dashed into his Ferrari and sped away, clipping a photographer in the process. Police had determined that the cameraman was at fault because he was standing in the road when Bieber hit him. Similarly, prosecutors say there was “insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured.”
