The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are a little more than a week away from their baby’s due date, and the former Kate Middleton is doing just fine in the final days of her pregnancy.
Kate is “feeling great” as her July 11 due date approaches, a royal family source tells Us Weekly. “She’s full of energy and really rather used to” carrying the child — as one might expect her to be some 39 weeks into her pregnancy.
Media crews have already set up camp outside St. Mary’s Hospital in London, where the duchess will deliver the baby, and bookmakers are taking bets from around the world on everything from the baby’s name — Alexandra and Charlotte are the favorites, as more people are expecting the baby to be a girl — to who will be holding the child when the family emerges from the hospital (Kate and Prince William have the same odds).
Meanwhile, Kate is also overseeing the final renovations on the apartment in Kensington Palace where she, William and the baby will live, the source tells Us Weekly. And she’s feeling pretty good: “She’s healthy, the baby is healthy.”
