Lady Gaga’s promotional campaign for her upcoming album, “ARTPOP,” continued Thursday (August 8) when she unveiled an interesting photo … though this one features only topless, not full-frontal, nudity.
The artistic pop singer posted a photo to Twitter in which she’s staring longingly at a prosthetic arm while wearing a clear plastic safety mask to remind her Little Monsters that they can pre-order her new album in less than two weeks (August 19). She then accompanied the shot by telling fans she couldn’t wait for them to see her “Applause” video, and that she was listening to her album.
“I know maybe this upsets you, as you’d very much like to hear it,” Lady Gaga wrote. “I share these personal feelings because IF I HAD TO GO ANOTHER MONTH WITHOUT PLAYING THE NEW MUSIC I THINK I’D CHEW MY ARM OFF.” She then shared the photo, writing, “This is that arm.”
