“The View” has announced a very special week coming up next month. The daytime talk show will broadcast live from Disneyland from Nov. 18-22. The announcement was made via “Mickey Mail,” when Mickey Mouse himself brought out a special envelope to the co-hosts on Monday (Oct. 14).
This is the first time “The View” has traveled to Disneyland and it will coincide with Mickey Mouse’s birthday on Nov. 18 — he’ll be turning 85 years old.
To help the “View” ladies celebrate, Jimmy Kimmel will be the lead guest for the week, appearing for the birthday celebration on Nov. 18.
“Disneyland is going to give us plenty to talk about on ‘The View,'” sayasexecutive producer Bill Geddie. “A mad tea party, a flying elephant and Space Mountain sound like perfect hot topics to me.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome ‘The View’ and their fans to the Disneyland Resort, and we can’t wait to see how they show off their ‘Disney side. What better way to showcase the magic and energy of the ‘Happiest Place on Earth,’ than through a live broadcast of one of America’s favorite daytime TV shows,” adds Michael Colglazier, President, Disneyland Resort.
