each other
or interacting with Lady Gaga, others have more serious
things happening.

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa
and her husband Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice were indicted Monday
(Nov. 18) on one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application
fraud, reports the New York Daily News.

counts stem from an alleged mortgage loan application that states
Giudice earns $15,000 per month as a real estate agent when in fact she
is not employed, according to authorities. These latest counts come just
months after a 39-count indictment that included conspiracy to commit
mail and wire fraud, making false statements on loan applications and
bankruptcy fraud.

The couple pleaded not guilty to those charges
in July and will be arraigned on these new charges later this week,
where they also plan to plead not guilty, according to their lawyer
Henry Klingeman.

allege that the Giudices committed mortgage fraud and other loan
application fraud from 2001 to 2008, which is a year prior to when
“RHONJ” premiered. The prosecutors say the couple received $4.6 million
in mortgages, lines of credit and construction loans. Then once they
began amassing money from their Bravo show, hid their fortunes in a
bankruptcy filing.

The trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 24, 2014
