Diane Keaton‘s heartfelt Golden Globes 2014 tribute to Woody Allen didn’t impress Ronan Farrow, Allen’s (possible) son, who tweeted after the ceremony about the longstanding accusations that Allen molested Farrow’s sister.
“Missed the Woody Allen tribute – did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?” wrote the MSNBC host.
Mia Farrow was in a long-term relationship with Allen when she had Ronan, but hinted recently that Frank Sinatra was actually Ronan’s birth father.
Farrow and Allen’s relationship ended in scandal when he got together with Farrow’s adoptive daughter, Soon-Yi Previn, and Farrow’s young daughter, Dylan, accused Allen of molesting her. The allegations are documented in a lengthy 1992 Vanity Fair article.
Ronan has publicly dissed Allen on Twitter before, joking in 2012 that he was celebrating both Father’s Day and Brother-in-Law day.
