“The Big Bang Theory” continues to be CBS’ winning comedy as it brought in 17.3 million viewers and a 10.4/18 households rating on March 13. Though it was down from its 17.9 million viewers (10.7/18) the week before, it still was by far the most-watched program of the night.

The series continues to be a great lead-in for “The Millers,” which was the second-most watched program of the night. Also performing well was “Scandal” (down from last week, but still winning the coveted 18-49 demographic in its timeslot). Meanwhile, “Once Upon A Time in Wonderland,” “Parks and Recreation” and “Reign” held steady from the previous week, and “Community” eked out a slight increase in viewers and ratings.

“American Idol” continued its dip in ratings from earlier this week when the results show moved from the 8 p.m. hour to 9 p.m. Though it still topped its competitors, it was down from 9.7 million (6.1/10) from last week and down from its 10.2 million (6.25/10) average rating from its 2-hour performance show on March 12.
CBS averaged 10.6 million viewers and a 6.5 rating/11 share in households for the night. Behind it were FOX with 7 million and 4.3/7, and ABC with 6.1 million and 4.2/7. Rounding out the night were NBC with 3.2 million and 2.2/4, and The CW with 1.4 million and 0.9/2.
