Just three months after ending her engagement to rapper Big Sean, “Glee” star Naya Rivera is married.
The actress tied the knot with actor Ryan Dorsey Saturday (July 19) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. “We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife,” the couple tells People. “Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for.”
Dorsey and Rivera have known each other for several years, since he moved to Los Angeles to work as an actor. Their relationship became romantic shortly after Rivera and Big Sean broke off their engagement in April. The wedding followed quickly after. Neither the bride nor groom has directly referred to the wedding on social media, but Rivera did change her name to Naya Rivera Dorsey on Twitter.
Dorsey has guest-starred on “Southland” and “Parks and Recreation” and played a younger version of Robert Knepper’s character on TNT’s “Mob City.” Rivera is going into the final season of “Glee,” where she’ll be a recurring guest rather than a series regular.
