Everyone is still scratching their heads as to how in the world Chase is still in the running to be JoJo Fletcher’s future fiance on “The Bachelorette,” but the guy who has so far faded into the background is about to step into the spotlight.
Based on the photos released by ABC of the upcoming hometown dates, he’s about to come out of his shell and pull out all the stops to prove to JoJo that
he’s not a robot there’s more to him than meets the eye. And for all “The Bachelorette” fans wary of his chances to win JoJo’s heart, here’s why Chase may be the new frontrunner after Monday’s (July 18) episode.
It helps that the 27-year-old suitor hails from Denver, Co., one of the most breathtakingly beautiful cities in America. The gorgeous backdrop of his outdoor dates will no doubt make JoJo swoon. Check out the chemistry between these two while he takes JoJo for a personal ice-hockey lesson! Where has this passion been hiding all season?
Clearly, JoJo has been seeing something that viewers haven’t been able to, yet. And we’re talking about things other than his hard earned body which is clearly a spectacle in itself.
Viewers are dying to know more about Chase. While his choice to stay under the radar has so far not made him a fan favorite, it also shows that he’s not in this for the fame. According to LinkedIn, Chase Brody McNary is a territory representative at Trilogy-Mountain States Medical. He is not an aspiring singer like Luke, or a former athlete trying to stay relevant in broadcasting thought good looks and charm like Jordan and Robby. Chase appears to have come on the show for all the right reasons.
They say you can tell a lot about a man by the way he treats his mother, and Chase and his mama look pretty tight. His Instagram account is filled with loving posts dedicated to his mother.
It’s also said that you can tell what kind of father a man will be by the way he treats his pet. JoJo’s heart will melt when she meet’s Chase’s dog, Hammer. This little bulldog is only a little over a year old.
Between picturesque snow covered picnics, his ice-hockey skills and finally getting a chance to be himself while in the comfort of his family home, audiences should expect to see a whole new side of Chase. All those preconceived notions of him being personality-less and boring are about to be wiped from your brain. He could very well earn the overnight date over Luke if he plays his cards right. We say Luke because there’s no way JoJo is going to pass up her overnight with Robby or Jordan. We’re open-minded, but we’re not unrealistic.
“The Bachelorette” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
